Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2, often abbreviated THPS2 is the second game in the Tony Hawk series sports games. It was developed by Neversoft and published by Activision in 2000. It was released for the PlayStation, with the ports after the Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Game Boy Advance, Mac OS, Microsoft Windows, Xbox (as THPS2X) and iOS. The game received generally positive reviews.

The player, playing as a professional skateboarder (real or created) performs a number of tasks that result in cash rewards. With the money earned, the player can then buy skills improvements and better tricks and skateboards.
