Hard Reset your Cherry Mobile Garnet and remove pattern lock password and gmail account

Update: Tried this second time around yesterday and it is really working.
Hard resetting / factory resetting your phone will solve the following issues:
1. If you forgot your pattern lock
2. If you forgot your gmail account
3. If you forgot your password
4. Apps that automatically force closing
5. Stuck in Cherry Mobile / Garnet Logo (sometimes does not work if the firmware is totally damage)
NOTE: Performing hard reset will erase your data.
To hard reset:
1. Turn off your phone
2. Press and Hold VOLUME UP + Power button then quickly insert USB cable ( you must plugged it in the PC). If you did not insert the USB cable Android system recovery will not appear
3. Select wipe / factory reset, press Volume rocker to navigate and press the Power Button to confirm your selection.
4. Reboot your phone.
Note: If performing hard reset did not succeed, you need to wipe the cache first in the android system recovery before performing wipe / factory reset.

Cherry Mobile W17 Flash File
This firmware is for Cherry Mobile W17 you can only use this in the updated Volcano box, I tried to use this firmware in GPGDragon unfortunately the phone did not power up or turned on. So I decided to flash it in Volcano and it power up.
When using this firmware make sure that you have the latest version of Volcano software. The firmware has a password, you may need to format the phone to remove the password.
