What is Microsoft Office 2010?
======================

"Microsoft Office 2010 help you work more easily, with it new Office Word 2010, Excel 2010, and PowerPoint 2010. There are many new features added in them, such as you can add videos to PowerPoint 2010."

Microsoft Office 2010 was released to manufacturing in April and became available for retail as well as online purchase on June 15, 2010. Since Microsoft introduced Office 2007, the world has changed plenty. Microsoft Office 2010 needed to be good and is a worthy upgrade for business and individual users who need professional-level productivity apps. One of the major new changes to the suite is the ability to collaborate and share your work using Web apps. You can collaborate using Web apps over your SkyDrive on Windows Live. You may also be able to collaborate with a coworker using a slimmed down Facebook-connected version of the Web apps.

Like Microsoft Office 2007, Office 2010 lets you quickly change styles, colors, and fonts in most applications of the suite through the use of pull-down Style Galleries. In PowerPoint, for example, along with helpful image-editing tools (more on that later), you can quickly preview how effects will change your image simply by mousing over each effect. Similarly, as you mouse over different fonts in Word, the document will change in real time before you commit.

It is natural that Microsoft Office 2010 has added many new features. One of the more jarring changes is the file menu that will now take you to a full-page document management section called Backstage. Like the old file menu (or logo menu) youll be able to open, save, and print your documents from Backstage, but now Microsoft has added a slew of features to help you with the next steps for your document. You can set permissions to lock down your changes--including password-protected document encryption--create access restrictions for specific users, and include an invisible digital signature to ensure the integrity of the document.

Another element worth mentioning is the version control. This allows you to go back through the history of a document and select a version to work on that is not necessarily the very latest one. Office automatically saves your work as you go (regardless of whether you ask it to) and offers you any of these manually or auto-saved versions when you go to File, Manage Versions. Moreover, the principle is sound, and means that you dont necessarily need to worry about making edits to a document and then changing your mind - or, in theory, about accidentally losing a document.

FAQ

By BD_L3ftoverZ

Q: Why I dont get the Activate Over Internet popup?
A: Sometimes it doesnt show up, e.g when your Office has the 30 days trial, but it will come when the trial has expired.

Q: Why I cant select Activate over internet but it gives some key exhausted error?
A: This means the MAK key, surprise, surprise, is once again exhausted. You must use the EZ-Activator function that is on the Office Toolkit BETA 2.0, check the last two screens.

Q: Is my Office now activated forever with the Toolkit or is it a trial?
A: If you managed to get your Office activated when the MAK key was working, which means you didnt need to do the two last steps on the instructions, then it should be activated forever. But as if you use the EZ-Activator method you must re-do it every 180 days, as it just extends the trial for 180 days.

Q: Is there any program to do this re-activating of the trial for me automaticly?
A: Yes there are some programs such as Raz0rs activator, but I atleast myself wouldnt trust it.

Q: My Antivirus reported the Toolkit / EZ-Activator function as a trojan, is it clean?
A: Yes, the Office 2010 Toolkit 2.0 BETA is Clean, if you downloaded it from elsewhere than here, then I cant say anything. Antiviruses frequently detect cracks, keygens and similar software as viruses and mark them as Generic ones, which means theyre not sure are those programs really viruses or not.

Q: EZ-Activator gives some error and fails to activate?
A: Most likely that means that your Office already has the 30 days trial period, in this case you just need to wait those 30 days. If that isnt the case then try to run the Toolkit as Admininstrator and disable your anti-virus software, as some of them might not let EZ-Activator to edit the registry keys.
Note to AVG users
You have to temporarily disactivate AVG from the options menu and if it still fails you might have to completely, temporarily, erase AVG.

Q: I cant run the Toolkit?
A: Most common reason for this is that you dont have .NET Framework 2.0 or above - Or that you have some other program, such as antivirus, blocking its access.

Q: Im 100% certain that I dont have any sort of anti-virus programs or similar blocking the Toolkits / Offices access but I still cannot install it?
A: Just to be sure try to delete whatever anti-virus program you might have. AVG. for example, is known to be a real pain with everything that tries to modify the registry. If you still get some errors drop me a PM with your MSN or equivalent and Ill assist you the best I can.
